The base salary for this position is $65,000.

Your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education and/or experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and an understanding of the industry.
They will be responsible in assisting the oversight of a portfolio of real estate assets, ensuring they are well-maintained, leased and managed to maximize their financial performance.
They also will assist in the development and management of new real estate projects and support the development team in the day-to-day operations of the business.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of a portfolio of real estate assets to ensure their financial performance.
Assisting in the identification and analysis of potential development sites.
Conducting market research and analysis to support the development team's project decisions.
Conduct market analysis to determine the value of real estate assets and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather and synthesize information needed to support the development process.
Supporting the development team in project management, including preparing presentations, tracking project progress, and maintaining project files.
Coordinating with design and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Assisting in the preparation and submission of permit applications, including working with local agencies and community organizations.
Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
Maintaining project budgets and schedules.
Develop and implement asset management plans that maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
Ensure all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Negotiate leases with tenants, manage tenant relations and resolve any disputes that may arise.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and key stakeholders.
Work closely with the property management team to ensure all properties are well-maintained and provide a positive experience for tenants.
Prepare and present regular reports on the financial performance of assets to the management team.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in real estate asset management Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including rent collection, lease renewals, and tenant relations.
Ensure that all properties are well-maintained, clean, and attractive to potential tenants.
Coordinate maintenance and repair work, including working with contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Maintain accurate records of property expenses and revenue.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field 2
